Parmesan Crusted Chicken Wings

I know that I put a recipe for chicken wings a few weeks ago, but this new one is "Awesome." It is the new favorite snack of the kitchen crew at work. It's pretty simple, not to mention very tasty.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Wings
Chicken wings separated
5 parts Parmesan Cheese
2 parts Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 part Cayenne Pepper

In a mixing bowl mix together cheese, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring a pot of oil to 375 degrees and fry chicken wings for 4 minutes, long enough to bring a nice crust to the skin. Remove from oil and immediately toss with the cheese mixture, now place in a 425 degree oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove and serve.

I will make that one of the next ones I put up, but I need to actually write the recipe down. That one is in my head and the cooking time is mostly by feel and checking the tenderness of the pork. But I'll work on it. Maybe I will actually have to make one to write it down.
